黄芪对老年人免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：给60岁以上的老年人服用黄芪煎剂,每日30g连服50天.检测其服用前后的IgG、IgM、IgA、C_3、C_4、循环免疫复合物(CIC),补体溶解免疫复合物活性(CRA)以及可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的水平.结果:虽然老年人的免疫功能低于正常成年人,但经服用黄芪后其免疫功能明显提高.即IgG、C_3、C_4和CRA显著升高(P<0.001～0.01);CIC和SIL-2R水平则下降(P<0.01～0.05);而IgM与IgA变化不大.说明黄芪是一种较理想的免疫调节剂,可以抗衰老,延年益寿.The effects of astragalus membranceus bunge ( AMB ) on immunologic' function of the aged were investigated. The people over 60 years old had drunk AMB(30g/d)for 50 days.Before and after drinking AMB,the activities of IgG,IgM,IgA,C3,C4,CIC,CRA and the levels of the SIL-2R were detected. The results showed that ( although the immunologic function of the aged were lower than that of noroni adults) after drinking AMB it could besignificantly enhanced. That is the activities of the C3,C4,IgG, CRA were increased(P<0.001-0.01), whereas the levels of he CIC and SIL-2R were decreased(P<0.01-0.05),the activities of IgM,IgA were almost not changed. These results suggested that the AMB was a kind of ideal immunodulation preparation, it could counteract aging and make people live longer.
