息痛颗粒对小鼠的镇静作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察息痛颗粒剂的镇静作用。方法 :用抖笼换能器法测定小鼠自发活动 ,用延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间法及与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠协同作用法 ,测定息痛颗粒与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果 :大、中剂量的息痛颗粒有减少小鼠自发活动的作用 ;大、中、小剂量的息痛颗粒与戊巴比妥钠均有协同作用。结论Objective: To observe the sedation of Xitong Granule on Rats. Method: The cage-jerk-chest-expander method was taken to examine rat's spontaneous activities, the method of sleeping-time extension of pentobarbital sodium threshold dose and sub-threshold pentobarbital sodium dose cooperation method were taken to determine the cooperation of Xitong Granule and pentobarbital sodium. Result: The large dosage and medium dosage of Xitong Granule can reduce rat's spontaneous activities; The large, medium, and small dosage of Xitong Granule and pentobarbital sodium all have the cooperation function. Conclusion: Xitong Granule had a clear sedation.
