Effect of Calcium -calmodulin Antagonists and Calcium Chelating Agents on Germination of Fungus Spores of Corn Leaf Blight

摘  要:以田间玉米植株上自然生长的、在人工模拟条件下保存近一年的玉米大斑病病原孢子为试材.用改良Czapek液为基本培养基.对钙调素与大斑病病原孢子萌发的关系进行了研究,结果表明.在没有钙、钙调素拮执剂和钙螯合剂时.有近30%的孢子能很好萌发.经拮抗剂和螯合剂处理后.孢子的萌发因药物的种类或浓度的不同而受到不同程度的影响.在实验浓度范围内.因药物浓度的提高而降低.外加3mmolCa^(2+)后.除个别外、基本上都能恢复到与对照相似的程度.说明药物对孢子萌发的影响不是由于孢子受损所致.试验结果初步提示.玉米大斑病菌孢子萌发时需钙.也说明此过程还可能与钙调素有关.The relationship between the calcium梒almodulin (CaM ) antagonists and the germination of fungus spores of corn leaf blight was studied by use of the fungus spores of corn leaf blight growing on the corn plants and reserved in a condition simulated artificially for about a year. In the experiment the improved Czapek' s solution was used as a minimal medium. The research result showed that about 30% of spores could germinate very well without Ca++,CaM antagonists and calcium chelating agents. When the spores was treated with the antagonists or the chelating agents,the germination was affected in varying degree owing to difference in sort of the agents and their concentration,and the higher the concentration,the lower the germination rate. If 3 mmol of Ca++was added to the treating agents, the germination rate could be almost retured to same as that of the control. This showed that the effect of agents on the spores germination was not due to damage to the spores. The experiment result showed that the Ca++ was necessary for the fungus spores of Corn leaf blight to germinate,and the germination process might be related to the CaM.
