高效液相色谱法测定益精丸中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立益精丸中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为 ODS- C1 8(15 0 mm× 6 mm,5μm) ,流动相为乙腈 -水 (30∶ 70 ) ,流速为 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 :淫羊藿苷在 0 .2 3～ 1.16μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为 A=2 1.133C+17.76 7(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.88% ,RSD为 0 .6 7%。结论 :该法简便、快捷、灵敏 ,准确和重现性好 。Objective: To establish the determination method for icariin. Methods: HPLC. The ODS-C 18 column (150 mm×6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (30∶70). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The calibration curve was in good linearity of icariin over the range of 0.23～1.16 μg with the regression equation A=21.133C+17.767(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.88% with RSD=0.67%. Conclusion: The method appeared to be simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Yijing Pill.
