高效液相色谱法测定更年安胶囊中大黄素的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立了更年安胶囊中大黄素含量测定方法 ,控制更年安胶囊的质量。方法 :采用 BDS C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 -冰醋酸 (6 0∶ 4 0∶ 1)为流动相 ,流速为 1ml/ min,检测波长为 4 37nm,外标法定量。结果 :发现大黄素浓度在 2 .876～ 2 8.76 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .39% (n=6 ) ,RSD为 1.2 2 %。结论 :该方法快速简便 ,结果准确 。Objective:This paper reports a new method for the determination of emodin in Gengnian'an Capsules.Method:BDS C 18 was used as the column, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (60∶40∶1) with a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 437 nm.Results:There was a good linearity with a correlation coefficicent of 0.999 9 at the range of 2.876～28.76 μg/ml, the average recovery was 100.39% with RSD 1.22%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for quality control of Gengnian'an Capsules.
