摘  要:为解决对辛基酚生产过程中精馏时存在组分多、精馏时间长、能耗高、产品收率和纯度低等问题,用正交实验探讨反应温度、反应时间、苯酚与二异丁烯原料摩尔比3因素对原料转化率和产品对辛基酚收率的影响.结果表明,在反应温度105~110℃、反应时间2 h、原料摩尔比2.3:1条件下,精馏时间缩短约50%,精馏温度降低50℃,能耗大幅度降低,同时对辛基酚产品纯度由98%提高到99%以上.In order to solve the problems such as multiple components in products, long time of rectification, high energy consumption, low yield and purity of product occurring during the production of p - octyl phenol, the effects of reaction conditions including reaction temperature, reaction time, the molar ratio of phenol to diisobutene on the conversion and yield of the product were examined. The result showed that the purity of the product could be increase from 98% to 99% with the rectificatio time decreased by 50% ,the temperature of rectification decreased by 50 ℃ when the reaction temperature was 105 - 110 ℃ , reaction time 2 h, molar ratio of phenol to diisobutene 2.3:1.
