女性抑郁症内分泌免疫与中医证候相关性考释

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁妇女中医证候和血清内分泌、免疫等实验室各项指标之间的相关性。方法:对辨证属肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、心脾两虚、肝肾阴虚证的150例抑郁妇女,进行抑郁量表的评定以及内分泌和T淋巴细胞亚群的测定,并进行中医证候量表的评定,进行内分泌、免疫指标和中医证候的相关性分析。结果:肝肾阴虚证FSH与证候分成正相关,而E2和PRL与之成负相关;心脾两虚证CD8+与证候分成显著正相关,CD4+和CD4+/CD4+与之成负相关;与正常组相比,肝肾阴虚证血清FSH和LH显著升高,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著降低。结论:肝肾阴虚型抑郁症的内分泌表现紊乱,其中FSH、LH升高可能是其特异性的指标;其免疫系统处于抑制状态。Objective: To establish a connection between symptom of TCM and immunity,endocrine. Methods: We collected 150 depressed women who were diagnosed as stagnation of liver - energy and vital energy symptom, stagnation of liver - energy and asthenia of spleen symptom,asthenia of both heart and spleen symptom,deficiency of liver - yin and kidney - yin symptom,the concentration of T lymphocyte inferior group and hormone were assayed and they were also assessed with the inventory of symptoms of TCM. Then we analyzed their relationships. Results :The mark of deficiency of liver - yin and kidney - yin symptom was signficantly positively related to FSH while negatively related to E2 and PRL. And FSH and LH of deficiency of liver - yin and kidney - yin symptom were significantly higher than controls; While CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were significantly lower than controls. Conclusions: Low immunity and endocrine disturbances of deficiency of liver - yin and kidney - yin symptom was very severe,FSH and LH were significantly positively related to the degree of depression.
