摘  要:糖尿病持续的高血糖所致血管内皮细胞的完整性破坏是血管病变的始发因素,如能有效地保护血管内皮细胞是防治糖尿病血管病变的一个重要而有效的措施。目的:观察中药黄芪对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞形态的影响,探讨黄芪防治糖尿病合并血管病变的作用及其机理。方法:用四氧嘧啶制作糖尿病大鼠模型,以黄芪水煎液灌胃治疗,优降糖灌胃进行对照。治疗4周后进行血糖检测;并取一段主动脉,采用血管内皮细胞(VEC)平铺技术,观察血管内皮细胞的形态。结果:糖尿病对照组大鼠血糖持续升高,血管内皮细胞形态受损;黄芪可降低血糖,但效果不如优降糖明显;但黄芪能保护VEC的形态,且明显优于优降糖对照组。提示:黄芪对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞具有保护作用。Objective: To investigate the effecct of Astragalus raembranaceus on the pattern of vascular endothelial cells of diabetic rats. Methods:The experiment studied on diabetic wistar rats injected allowan saline through abdominal cavity,poured the Chinese medicine astragalus membranaceus into their stomach,and compared with medicine glyburide.4 weeks later,blood sugars in all rats were measured; surveyed the form and structure of the endothlial cells of aorta by the hautchen technique of endo-thelium. Results: The blood sugar lasted higher in diabetic rats ,the form of the vascular endothelial cell(VEC) was damaged. Both Astragalus membranaceus and glyburide can decrease the blood sugar,The former was lower than the later. But Astragalus membranaceus can prevent the form of the VEC being damaged. And this function was obviously better than that of glyburide. Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus can effectually prevent the vascular endothelial cells being damaged in diabetic rats.
