摘 要:发泡陶土是实施城市雨水资源化的基础材料 ,它具有在饱和含水或干燥状态下物理形态、物理强度等性能稳定的优越性。目前实验室研制成功的发泡陶土为多空状 ,单孔直径一般为 0 .2~ 5mm之间 ,孔洞密集分布均匀 ;气孔形状一般为多边形 ,少数为圆形 ,4 0~ 80 %以上的气孔均为闭气孔 ,孔壁薄 ,厚 0 .1~ 2mm ,吸水率可达 84 .3~110 .0 %。可应用于或部分替代节水节能型环保小区的给排水系统 ,也可用于城市的绿地建设和城市街道、绿地的末端排水系统工程中。Foaming ceramic is the foundational material which can make good use of rainwater resouce. Saturated by water or in a state of desiccation, it has the advantage of a stable physical performance such as conformation and intensity etc. At present, the foaming ceramic researched in our lab. has dense and uniform pore structure with signle-pore diameter ranging between 0.2-5mm. Most pores are polygonal besides a few circular ones and more than 40-80% of them are close-pore with only 0.1-2mm wall thickness. The water absorption of this foaming ceramic could reach 84.3-110 wt%. So it may be applied to or used partially as substitute for feedwater-drainage system of water-saving and energy-saving environment protective region as well as constructing of city greenbelt and final drainage system engineering of city street or greenbelt.
