摘 要:本文提出的船用机械零件分类编码系统能科学地描述推行成组技术企业生产系统各环节的信息,系统包括图号码、分类识别码、管理码几个部分.图号码部分充分考虑了图号码与物资代码的协调.分类识别码中采用了面向特征的、具有柔性的、分层次的描述方法.其特点是能根据零件的复杂程度和实际需要.确切地描述零件的粗略信息和详细信息.避免了编码不必要的冗长.经过试套,编码结果令人满意.Designs a classification code system of ship machine parts scientifically describing information of various links of production system in the enterprises where GT is applied. The system includes drawing number code,identification code,management code,etc. The part of drawing number code gives an adequate consideration of the coordination between drawing number code and material code. The descriptive methods, which aim at features and have flexibility and divided levels,are adopted for the classification and identification code. Its character is that general and detailed information of parts all can be described accurately,according to the complicated degrees a.nd practical needs of parts,so that unnecessarily tedious code is avoided. After the test of its uses,the results of the coding is satisfactory.
