摘　　要：基于大量的实际研发工作,论述了基于互联网络和CDMA1X无线网络实现实时动态图像采集压缩和远程无线传输平台的设计思想、总体结构、关键技术和传输控制策略。着重对视频数据传输模块设计、数据传输控制策略及数据传输模块与远端数据通信解决方法做了具体阐述。On the base of vast actual research and development, this paper discusses the design thought, total construction, key technique and transmission control policy of the realtime dynamic video collection,compress and remote wireless transmission platform which is realized by Internet and CDMA 1X network Emphasizes to discuss the design of the video data transmission module,the control policy of video data transmission and the transmission method between data transmission module and remote data
