原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参水溶性有效成分原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的影响。方法采用Fura-2定量分析法观测原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度的影响。结果原儿茶醛能够降低人红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度,并呈剂量依赖性。结论丹参注射液增强红细胞变形能力的作用可能与其有效成分原儿茶醛降低红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度有关。To study the effect of protocatechualdehyde,one of contributing components in Red Sage Root(丹参),on cytosolic free calcium concentration in human erythrocytes.Methods:Using the fluoresccent Ca2+-chelator fura-2,then studied the effect of protocatechualdehyde on cytosolic free calcium concetration in intact erythrocytes from normal adults.Results:Protocatechualdehyed can decrease in dose-dependent the cytosolic free calcium concentration in erythrocytes from normal adults.Conclusion:The effect of protocatechualdehyed that decreasing the concentration of cytosolic free calcium in human erythrocytes may contribute to the effect of Danshen Injection(丹参注射液) that imroving erythrocyte deformability.
