摘　　要：该文论述了离心注装新工艺的研究情况,通过调整离心机转速,探索了装药质量、高能炸药的百分含量的变化规律;调整液固相炸药的配比,确定出相应的“三温”条件、装药凝固时间,观察了相关因素对装药质量的影响;对不同配比的药件进行理化分析,测定其中高能炸药的百分含量及药件密度。A new centrifugal cast loading technological process ispresented. The variation law in loading quality and percentage of highenergy explosives is studied by regulating the rotational speed of cen-trifugal. The effect of melting temperature, solidifying time, mouldand environment temperature on loading quality for RDX/TNT in dif-ferent percentage is determined. Moreover, physical and chemicalanalysis is made for charge elements in different percentage and thepreferred technological condition and process are found.
