大麦标记基因系籽粒营养品质性状及胚大小的差异性研究

摘  要:为了筛选适合不同用途大麦营养品质基因定位的成套标记基因系,对23个大麦标记基因系的籽粒蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量、胚比、千粒胚重的差异性及各性状之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,被研究的23个标记基因系籽粒蛋白质、赖氨酸含量、胚比及千粒胚重间均存在着极显著差异,可从中选择成套的标记基因系对大麦营养品质基因进行定位;除胚比与千粒胚重之间存在显著性正相关外,蛋白质与赖氨酸、胚比之间的正相关、蛋白质与千粒胚重、赖氨酸与胚比、千粒胚重之间的负相关均不显著,笼统地讲有关大麦籽粒赖氨酸含量与蛋白质含量之间呈负相关的结论是不确切的,大胚能否作为高赖氨酸的间接选择指标尚需进一步研究。The difference and the correlation of the protein content, lysine content, (embryo) ratio and (1000-embryo) weight of the grains of 23 barley gene (marked-lines) were analyzed to select whole set of gene marked-lines and to locate nutritious quality gene of different barley. The results showed that there were (significant) difference existed in protein content, lysine content, (embryo) ratio and (1000-embryo) weight among the 23 gene marked-lines. The nutritious quality gene could be located in the barley chromosome with whole set of marked gene-lines selected from 23 ones. The correlation between the protein content and the lysine content, as well as the (embryo) ratio were not (significant), while the positive correlation between (embryo) ratio and (1000-embryo) weight was significant, therefore the saying that the negative correlation between the lysine (content) and the protein (content) was not certain, the conclusion of big embryo as index for the high lysine (content) need to be studied further.
