摘 要:本文对超声曲面研磨研具的声学系统进行了研究 ,通过建立力学模型分析了曲面研具的振动机理 ,并对Al2 O3工程陶瓷进行了超声振动研磨的试验研究。得出如下结论 :( 1)所设计的曲面振动研具本身的固有频率f =2 2 0 78kHz。( 2 )将振动研磨声学系统中的变幅杆和曲面研具等效为两弱耦合振子 ,当不考虑阻尼时 ,研具局部共振 ,变幅杆与研具联接处为一位移节点。 ( 3 )在空载加超声的试验条件下 ,研具的振动频率为 2 1 3 12 5kHz时 ,比较接近其固有频率为2 0 0 78kHz ,此时研具局部共振 。In this paper, the acoustic system of ultrasonic surface lapping tool is studied. The vibrating mechanism of surface lapping tool is analyzed by building a mechanical model. And experimental research was carried out in ultrasonic lapping of Al_2O_3 engineering ceramics. The conclusions include:(1)The natural frequency of designed surface lapping tool is f=22.078kHz.(2)The amplitude transformer and surface lapping tool in the acoustic system are equivalent to two weak coupling oscillators. While the damp is ignored, the lapping tool resonates locally and the joint of amplitude transformer and surface lapping tool will be a displacement node. (3)In the condition of no-load and being ultrasonic, the vibrating frequency of lapping tool is 21.3125kHz, which is closed to its natural frequency 20.078kHz. At this time,the lapping tool resonates locally and its amplitude is maximal.
