西安地区无偿献血者血型分布与受血需求状况调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解西安地区 1999/2 0 0 2年无偿献血者血型分布及西安某医院用血需求状况 .方法 :用纸板法对 1999/2 0 0 2年的无偿献血者进行ABO血型鉴定 ,用凝胶法对某医院受血者做血型鉴定 ,贮血量与受血量按单位输入微机统计分析 .结果 :西安地区无偿献血人群血型分布构成比例与既往常驻有偿献血人群已有明显变化 ,B型已明显上升 ,O型明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,血型分布构成及逐月采血入库血量基本能满足临床用血的需要 ,但西安某医院临床用血量大于采血入库血量 ,尚需调剂其他采血单位血液才能满足临床用血需要 .结论 :西安地区无偿献血者血型构成比例已发生变化 .AIM: To study the distribution of blood types of the free donors and recipients in a certain hospital in Xi’an area. METHODS: The blood types ABO of the free donors between 1999 and 2002 were tested with paper plate and the blood types of all the recipients in a certain hospital were surveyed by gel test. The amount of blood, stored and needed, was put into a computer for later statistical analysis. RESULTS: The distribution and the proportion of blood types of free donors changed remarkably compared with those of the previous paid donating population in Xi’an. The amount of type B increased while that of type O decreased (P<0.01). The collected blood could roughly meet the clinical need and the hospital sometimes had to turn to other blood banks for help. CONCLUSION: The proportion of blood types of donors has changed in Xi’an area.
