摘 要:目的 :研究西安地区哮喘患者气传致敏昆虫变应原种类 ,为哮喘病因学研究及防治提供实验依据 .方法 :制备 13种气传优势昆虫变应原疫苗 ,应用这些昆虫变应原疫苗给哮喘患者 30 0例和正常对照者 10 0例分别做皮肤挑刺试验(SPT) ,及应用BSA ELISA法测定昆虫SPT阳性患者的sIgE .结果 :哮喘患者 30 0例气传昆虫变应原疫苗SPT总阳性率为 6 0 % ,显著高于正常对照 (P <0 .0 1) ;哮喘组患者对粉蝶、棉铃虫、霜天蛾等 10种气传昆虫变应原疫苗的SPT阳性率在 30 %以上 ;SPT阳性的哮喘患者气传昆虫变应原sIgE阳性率达 85 %以上 ,对照组仅为 6 % ,两组之间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 :粉蝶、棉铃虫、霜天蛾等 10种气传昆虫是西安地区哮喘的主要气传致敏昆虫 ,可能是夏末秋初哮喘发作的致敏原 .AIM: To study the variety of airborne allergic insects and its irritability in asthmatic patients in Xi’an area and to provide experimental gist for etiological study and prevention of asthma. METHODS: Three hundred asthmatic patients and 100 normal controls underwent skin prick test (SPT) with 13 kinds of superior airborne insect vaccine, and sera sIgE of those with positive SPT results were tested by BSA-ELISA. RESULTS: The positivity rate of SPT with the 13 kinds of insect vaccine in asthmatic patients was 60%, significantly higher than that in normal controls (P<0.01). The positivity rate of SPT with Stayridae, Heliothis armigera, Psilgramma menephorn and other 7 kinds of insects were more than 30% in asthmatic patients, indicating that these 10 kinds of insects were the main allergic insects in asthmatic patients. The positivity rate of sIgE in asthmatic patients was more than 85%, significantly higher than that in normal control’s (6%, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Stayridae, Heliothis armigera, Psilgramma menephorn and other 7 kinds of insects may be the main allergic insects in asthmatic patients in Xi’an area and maybe be the main allergens to the onset of asthma in the end summer and the early autumn.
