摘 要:目的 探讨与评价神经外科导航系统在颅底肿瘤手术中的作用及有效性。方法 对 2 6例运用神经外科导航系统进行颅底肿瘤手术和 2 6例未使用神经导航系统进行颅底肿瘤手术对照研究 ,记录它们并发症的发生率和从手术到出院的时间 ,进行统计学分析。总结神经导航的优点及准确度。结果 2 6例神经导航下颅底肿瘤手术的全切除率为 6 5 .4 % ,平均误差为 1.89± 0 .74mm ;术后并发症发生率为 11.7% ,手术到出院时间为 12 .36±4 .12天 ,与对照组比较均有显著差异性。结论 神经外科导航系统指导颅底肿瘤手术具有明显的优点 ,神经外科导航系统指导颅底肿瘤手术是其最经典的应用。Objective To explore and evaluate the effectiveness and significance of neuronavigation in the skull base neoplasm operations.Methods 26 patients with the skull base neoplasms were treated by neuronavigation operations,and 26 patients with the skull base neoplasms were treated by non-neuronavigation operations.The clinical effects were compared and analyzed.Recording the frequency of complicatcion and the time from operation to discharging.The data was analysed and compared by statistics. The advantage and accuracy of neuronavigation were summarized.Results 26 patients with the skull base neoplasms were operated by neuronavigation with a total removalrate of 65.4%.The mean error was only 1.89±0.74mm.The post-operationcomplication rate was 11.7%.The time from operation to discharging was 12.36±4.12 days.Compared with another group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious advantages for neuronavigation in the skull base neoplasm operation.It is the most typical application.
