摘  要:目的观察模拟高(+Gx)环境对猴舌横纹肌细胞癌基因c-jun表达的影响。方法以雄性猕猴9只为实验对象,随机分为4组,对照组为+1Gx、300s;实验为3个亚组,分别为+15Gx、200s;+18Gx、165s;+21Gx、140s。采用模拟高(+Gx)作用的动物离心装置,观察猴舌横纹肌细胞组织病理学改变及c-jun表达的影响。结果组织病理学观察,实验组和对照组猴舌横纹肌细胞无明显变化;免疫组化学观察,对照组舌横纹肌细胞膜c-jun可见着色,呈弱阳性。实验组舌横纹肌细胞膜、细胞浆c-jun着色明显,呈强阳性,不同高+Gx组之间无明显差别。结论模拟高(+Gx)环境可引起猴舌横纹肌细胞c-jun表达增强。AIM:To observe the expression of c-jun in tongue striated muscle in the stress reaction of Rhesus macaque under +Gx loads.METHODS:Nine male Rhesus macaques were randomly divided into four groups:control group was exposed to +1Gx/300s overloads,and experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were exposed to +15GX/200s, +21 Gx/165s and +21Gx/140s respectively.Tongue tissue was fixed with 4% buffered formaldehyde and embedded with paraffin, and histopathological changes were observed with microscope.The expression of c-jun was detected by immunohistochemical PicTureTM method in the striated muscle of tongue.RESUTLS:Gross and histological analyses showed that no significant pathological changes were observed in the tongue striated muscle in different experimental group of the animals. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that over-expression of c-jun was detected in the cellular membrane and cytoplasm of the muscles in the experimental groups,and slight positive staining was also observed in cellular membrane of muscles in the control animals.There was no obvious difference in c-jun expression in different experimental groups.CONCLUSION:Overload gravity can induce the enhanced expression of c-jun in tongue striated muscle of the experimental monkeys. [
