重庆市社区超重肥胖者542名血尿酸、血糖与行为因素的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:超重肥胖是糖尿病和痛风的患病危险因素,而超重肥胖常与不良的生活习惯有关。本项调查探讨体质量与血尿酸和血糖水平的关系,为防治痛风和糖尿病提供科学依据。方法:调查重庆市主城区的几个社区≥20岁自然人群,超重肥胖者共542人(人体质量指数BMI≥23kg/m2),均采晨间空腹血用于测定血糖和尿酸浓度。同时调查生活方式(吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼、膳食等方面),另设性别年龄配对的正常BMI542人为对照组。结果:超重肥胖组的血尿酸、血糖水平均显著高于正常体质量的对照组,血尿酸分别(343±23),(302±18)μmol/L;血糖分别为(6.4±2.6),(5.2±2.8)mmol/L(P<0.01),有不良生活习惯的人也显著多于对照组(P<0.01),人体质量指数分别与尿酸和血糖呈显著正相关(r=0.15,0.13,P<0.01)。结论:超重肥胖者易伴发高尿酸血症和糖尿病,不良的生活方式起促进作用。AIM:Obesity and overweight are the risk factors for diabetes mellitus(DM) and gout, while obesity and overweight are related with the unhealthy living habits.The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship of body mass with blood uric acid and glucose,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of gout and DM. METHODS:The natural group no younger than 20 years old from several communities of Chongqing city were investigated,and there were 542 patients with obesity and overweight [body mass index (BMI) ≥23 kg/m2].Their fasting blood was collected in the morning for determination of the blood glucose and uric acid levels,and meanwhile,their life styles(smoking, drinking, exercise and diet) were surveyed.Other 542 subjects with normal BMI matched in age and gender were taken as the control group. RESULTS:The levels of blood uric acid and glucose in the obesity group[(343±23) μmol/L and(6.4±2.6) mmol/L] were significantly higher than those in the control group[(302±18) μmol/L and(5.2±2.8) mmol/L](P< 0.01).More people had unhealthy living habits in the obesity group than in the control group(P< 0.01).BMI was positively correlated with the levels of blood uric acid and glucose(r=0.15,0.13,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Patients with overweight or obesity are easily complicated by hyperuricemia and DM,and the unhealthy life style plays a facilitating role.
