心音图运动试验对吸毒者心力变化趋势的评估价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨心音图运动试验(phonocardiogramexercisetest,PCGET)对吸毒者心力变化趋势的评估价值。方法:对重庆市沙坪坝区强制戒毒所94名吸毒≥4年的吸毒者进行了1/4全运动量(1/4EA)下的PCGET和血压测量,观察心力变化趋势(运动后第一心音幅值对安静时第一心音幅值的增加倍数)。结果:吸毒者的心力变化趋势(1/4EA)为2.43±1.31,收缩压为(95.96±18.58)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),舒张压为(65.37±14.04)mmHg。结论:吸毒对心血管功能造成了损害,PCGET对吸毒者的心力变化趋势有良好的评估作用。AIM:To explore the value of phonocardiogram exercise test(PCGET) in accessing the changing tendency of psychological strength in drug addicts.METHODS:PCGET was performed with a quarter of the whole exercise workload(1/4EA) and blood pressure was measured in 94 drug addicts who had taken drugs for at least 4 years.The changing tendency of psychological strength(the increasing times of the amplitude value of first heart sound after exercise to that at rest) was observed.RESULTS:The changing tendency of psychological strength(1/4EA) was 2.43±1.31,systolic blood pressure was(95.96±18.58)mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa),and diastolic blood pressure was(65.37±14.04)mm Hg in the drug addicts.CONCLUSION:Drug abuse can damage the cardiovascular function of drug addicts.PCGET has better effect in evaluating the changing tendency of psychological strength in drug addicts.
