摘　　要：目的:探讨精氨酸对糖尿病大鼠皮肤组织糖利用的影响及其可能的机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、糖尿病精氨酸治疗组和糖尿病甘氨酸对照组。糖尿病模型通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立。模型成功后糖尿病精氨酸治疗组和糖尿病甘氨酸对照组分别予精氨酸和甘氨酸200mg/(kg·d)喂养,测其不同时期的血糖和体质量。8周后取胰腺组织观察组织形态学改变,并对血浆胰岛素含量、皮肤组织糖含量进行检测。结果:与甘氨酸对照组相比,精氨酸治疗后血糖恢复正常者显著增加;与糖尿病组相比,胰腺组织修复不明显的情况下,应用精氨酸后,血浆胰岛素增加,皮肤组织糖含量降低,体质量增加。结论:口服精氨酸可通过改善胰腺功能,促进胰岛素分泌,增加糖尿病皮肤组织等糖利用,降低血糖。AIM:To evaluate the effect of L arginine on skin glucose utilization in diabetic rats and its possible mechanism. METHODS:SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,diabetic control group,L arginine treatment group and L glycine control group.The diabetic model was established by the intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).L arginine (200 mg/kg per day) and L glycine (200 mg/kg per day)were fed respectively in the L arginine treatment group and the L glycine control group respectively.Blood glucose and body mass of the rats were monitored every week.The pancreatic tissue was taken out and the change of morphology was observed after 8 weeks, and the concentration of plasm insulin and the glucose content in skin tissues were assayed. RESULTS:The number of patients with normal blood sugar was increased significantly after the treatment of L arginine compared with L glycine control group. Under the circumstances of insignificant tissue repair,the plasm insulin and the body mass were increased and the contents of glucose in skin tissue were decreased after the application of L arginine compared with the diabetes control group. CONCLUSION:Oral L arginine can increase the secretion of insulin,decrease diabetic blood glucose and increase glucose utilization in skin tissues by means of improving the function of pancreas.
