摘 要:目的:评价去细胞猪主动脉瓣、胶原-透明质酸钠复合膜、胶原膜、胶原-壳聚糖复合膜的血液相容性,展望其在组织工程心脏瓣膜支架材料中的应用前景。方法:进行体外的动态凝血试验、血小板黏附性能试验、溶血试验和体内的犬腹主动脉内移植试验的血液相容性评价。结果:4种材料的溶血率均小于5%;前3者的OD-凝血时间曲线下降缓慢且吸光度高,同时血小板黏附少且没有明显变形和伪足。腹主动脉包埋试验大体解剖只有胶原-壳聚糖复合膜形成血栓。结论:前3种材料在血液相容性方面适合组织工程心脏瓣膜的要求;胶原-壳聚糖复合膜需要改进。AIM:To evaluate the hemocompatibility of decellular porcine aortic valve,collagen sodium hyaluronic acid(C SAH) composite membrane,collagen membrane and collagen chitosan(CC) composite membrane,so as to look into the the prospect of their application in the matrix biomaterials of tissue engineering cardiac valve. METHODS:The hemocompatibility of biomaterials was evaluated by using the hemolysis test,dynamic cruor time test, blood platelet adhesion test in vitro and immerging grafting in abdominal aorta of dogs in vivo. RESULTS:The hemolysis rates of the 4 biomaterials was all less than 5%.The curve of absorbance(A) clotting time of the former three biomaterials was declined slowly and the A value was high, and their blood platelet adhesions were few,and had no obvious deformation and pseudopodia.The abdominal aorta embedding test general anatomy showed that only CC formed into thrombus. CONCLUSION:The former three biomaterials meet the demands of tissue engineering cardiac valve in hemocompatibility,while CC should be ameliorated.
