三花接骨散对糖尿病骨折患者血清BGP水平影响的观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨三花接骨散治疗糖尿病合并骨折的临床疗效。 方法 :17例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并骨折患者应用三花接骨散治疗 ,随机选择 2 5例非糖尿病四肢骨折作为对照组。应用放射免疫定量分析法测定各组的血清BGP。临床疗效以骨折治愈与否及愈合时间长短为评价标准。 结果 :用三花接骨散治疗的Ⅱ型糖尿病四肢骨折患者血清BGP测定值与对照组及与用药前比较均呈显著性变化 (P <0 0 5 ) ,各组均在 3～ 6个月内骨折临床愈合 ,各组间临床疗效比较尚未见显著性差异。 结论 :三花接骨散对糖尿病合并骨折可能有促进骨折愈合的作用 ,但本组病例数少 。Objective To explore the treatment effect of limb fracture of diabetic patients by San Hua Jie Gu powder Methods Seventeen cases of Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with limb fracture were treated with San Hua Jie Gu powder,25 cases of non diabetic patients with limb fracture were selected as control group randomly.The patients' serum bone glutamine protein(BGP) was assayed by radio immuno assay in both groups.The clinical treatment effect was determined whether the limb fracture heald or not and how long the fracture healing took place.Results The level of S BGP significantly increased in 17 cases of 2 type diabetes mellitus with San Hua Jie Gu powder,in which S BGP value showed signi ficant alteration comparing to the control group and before taking San Hua Jie Gu powder( P <0 05) Patients of both group gained clinical fracture healing in 3 to 6 months.There was no significant difference between the two groups on clini cal treatment effect. Conclusion San Hua Jie Gu powder may be effective in promoting healing of limb fracture,however,further clinical observation will be necessary to confirm the result.
