工业废料直接作水煤浆添加剂的研究

摘　　要：以五种工业废料直接作新汶、大屯煤制水煤浆添加剂。实验得到,用新汶和大屯煤制得的废料水煤浆,其最大煤浓度分别为67～69%、65～67%;使用煤浆的煤浓度分别为64～66%、62～64%;煤浆粘度分别为350～800mPa.s、350～700mPa.s;煤浆稳定后,析水率分别为0～4%、0～6%。两种煤浆结构皆疏松,可进行落棒试验。The properties of Xinwen and Datun coal water slurry (CWS) with five kinds of industry wastes as additives were gived as follow: Xinwen and Datun CWS′s maximun coal concentration is 67～69% and 65～67% respectively, practical coal concentration is 64～66% and 62～64%, the viscosity is 350～800 mPa.s and 350～700 mPa.s and the percentage separated water is 0～4% and 0～6%, the constitutions of CWS precipitate are loose.
