摘　　要：总结现阶段我国科技学术期刊界形形色色的浮躁现象 ,指出浮躁的严重后果。通过分析造成浮躁的社会、行业和个人原因 ,探讨克服浮躁的具体对策 ,以期我国科技学术期刊步入持续健康发展的道路。The paper summarizes the multifarious phenomena of impetuosity in the sci tech academic periodical publishers in current time, and points out their serious results.Through analyzing the reasons of society, profession and individual, the paper discusses the countermeasures of overcoming the phenomena of impetuosity, and hopes that the sci tech academic periodicals can obtain healthy and sustainable development.
