摘  要:为了促进学术期刊的广告工作 ,总结了编辑兼管 (做 )广告的方法与体会。认为增强法律意识 ,采取有力措施是确保期刊不出现违法广告 ,并使广告数量不断增加的有效途径 ;双重的工作 (编辑与广告 )对编辑人员是一种挑战 ,但只要积极应对就能圆满完成工作任务。Strategies of advertisement management by editors in academic journals are introduced from three aspects. The most important work for the editors is to bear in mind legal responsibility and to ensure that there are no illegal advertisements in academic journals. Another important one is to bring enthusiasm of editorial board members into full play, and to increase the volume of advertisements in the journal. The last one is to make and follow the advertisement policy to ensure there is no relationship between advertisement and editor's decision. It is a challenge for editors to be responsible for these two different tasks (editing and advertisement managing). But with proper countermeasures the editors can fulfill them quite well.
