摘　　要：通过选用一种旧砂再生处理设备对流水线的粘土砂进行再生 ,实现对旧砂的成分和性能的控制。生产表明 :死粘土由2 0 %降至 12 % ,新砂加入量由 2 0 %下降至 5 % ,型砂水分由 6.3 %下降至 4.2 % ,废型率由 2 0 %下降至 5 % 。With Choosing a kind of sand reclamation machinery, which achieves the control of composition and property of the sand recondition. It shows that brightness and clean of the casting surface has been improved when dead clay reduces from 20% to 12% and the amount of new sand added that reduce from 20% to 5%, moisture of molding sand reduce from 6.3% to 4.2% and waste rate reduces from 20% to 5%.
