摘　　要：把我国建设成一个铸造强国 ,已成为国内广大铸造工作者的强烈愿望。从建设铸造强国的根本是人的观点谈起 ,研究了当前国内铸造从业人员的素质 ,进而讨论要建设怎么样的人 。To construct China towards a casting power has lately become a strong will of foundrymen all over China. Based on the view point that personnel “quality” is the fundamental factor towards access to a casting power, the article surveyed the “quality” status of present foundry personnel and discussed what kind of personnel quality is required by a modern foundry and the way to 'construct' a modern foundrymen.
