摘　　要：目的　观察艾司洛尔对腮腺围术期循环不良反应的防治效果。方法　择期单侧腮腺手术患者 36例 ,随机分两组 ,分别测量不同时间点的血压、心率水平 ,根据血压、心率波动 ,评估循环不良反应的严重程度。结果　颈丛阻滞后两组心率和收缩压显著加快、升高 ,试验组静注艾司洛尔 1min后心率和收缩压明显下降 ,3min时两组对比差别有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组与基础值比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。试验组 10min时基本接近基础值。结论　艾司洛尔能有效防治腮腺围术期循环不良反应 。Objective To observe the untoward effect of Esmolol on its prevention and cure of pre-and-post operation of parotid gland.Methods Select 36 patients with one-side parotid gland in suitable days,and divide them into two groups randomly.Then,we measure the blood pressure,HR respectively in different time.According to the fluctuation of blood pressure and HR,we make a evaluation for degree of the untoward effect of the circulation.Results HR and SBP of the two groups accelerated and became higher dramatically after the block anesthesia of nerve plexus.While,for experiment group,HR & SBP descended obviously after the injection of ESM one minute later.Notable difference between the two groups appears in the 3rd minute (P< 0.01),control group and basic number have distinct difference(P< 0.01).The experiment group almost comes close to its basic number in the 10th minute.Conclusion Esmolol can effectively prevent and cure the circular untoward effect of pre-and -post-operation of parotid gland,and make circular dynamics into order.
