摘　　要：运用T106数值模式的历史资料及气象站点的观测资料,经过处理后形成预报因子,采用MOS方法建立甘肃省80个站的极端温度、风、云量、有无降水等常规天气要素的预报方程。投入业务运行后,取得了良好的预报效果,为预报员提供了一种客观预报工具。Based on the historical material of T106 model and observed data of stations, we obtain the predictor after handling the data, and build the MOS prediction equations about the temperature, wind, cloud and precipitation of 80 stations in Gansu Province. After the operational application, we get the better prediction results, and supply an objective tool for weatherman.
