摘　　要：分析了影响纸浆洗涤质量的主要因素 ,针对洗涤过程的控制难点提出了一种DCS解决方案。采用SimensS7 40 0PLC构成两级DCS对纸浆洗涤过程实现有效控制。该设计方案在河南西滑封造纸厂成功实施 ,系统运行正常。The main factors that influence the qualities of pulp-washing were analyzed; a DCS solution to the controlling difficulties in process was put forward.This scheme based on Simens S7-400 PLC constituted two stages of DCS aid controlled the pulp-washing process effectively.This system has been used successfully in Xi Hua-feng paper mill,He'nan province and run normally.
