妊娠高血压综合征胎盘滋养细胞中低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达

摘　　要：目的　探讨HIF 1α在妊娠高血压综合征及正常妊娠胎盘滋养细胞中的表达异同 ,及其与硫酸镁治疗及妊高征分组的关系。方法　分别取妊高征胎盘及正常妊娠胎盘各 2 0例 ,免疫组化SABC法检测各组中HIF 1α的表达。计算机辅助图像分析 ,t检验对比结果。结果　 2 0例妊高征胎盘中HIF 1α的分析值为 5 719± 0 5 91,而 2 0例正常妊娠胎盘中HIF 1α的值为 3 10 2± 0 5 81,两组间有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,HIF 1α在妊高征轻、中、重组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,在硫酸镁治疗前后无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　妊高征胎盘滋养细胞中HIF 1α表达明显增高 ,提示其可能参与了妊高征滋养细胞浅着床的过程。Objective To investigate the differences in expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in placental trophoblasts between normal pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the relationship of HIF-1α expression with magnesium sulfate treatment of PIH. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (SABC) was used to examine the expression of HIF-1α in 20 cases of PIH and 20 cases of normal placenta. Three groups of PIH were divided according to the degrees of severity. The results were analyzed by computer-assisted imaging and compared by t-test. Results There was significant difference in the expression of HIF-1α between the PIH group and the control group (P<0.001). The expressions of HIF-1α were 5.719±0.591 and 3.102±0.581 in PIH group and the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group, nor between the three groups of PIH. Conclusion Remarkably increased expression of HIF-1α in placental trophoblasts in PIH suggests that HIF-1α may participate in the process of superficial implantation of trophoblasts in PIH.
