摘　　要：本实验针对RAPD反应体系中Taq聚合酶、dNTP、模板和引物等影响较大的因素 ,设计了一组 4因素 4水平的正交试验。根据试验结果 ,筛选出了藓类植物RAPD反应体系中这 4个因素的最佳浓度配比 ,并在此基础上从 1 0 0个随机引物中筛选出了 30条显示藓类植物遗传差异的多态性引物。To obtain the optimum random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)reaction system, one test was designed to screen the suitable concentration of 4 factors (Taq,dNTP,primer,TemplateDNA)at 4 levels in the reaction system. According to the results we obtain the optimum concentration of the four factors of moss. On the basis of this we attain 30 polymorphic primers showing genetic differences among moss were screened from 100 random primers.
