摘　　要：文章在总结《药物生物技术》创刊十年来办刊经验的基础上,从组稿、编辑、印刷、扩大刊物信息量以及学术期刊如何经营等方面对新时期科技期刊发展经营的方向进行了总结和探讨,并对进一步提高科技期刊的质量提出了一些建设性的意见。The experience of running of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology for 10 years were summed up in the following aspects: strictly guaranteeing the quality of the publication, improving the editorial quality, strictly carrying out the printing and enlarging the amount of information. It was probed into that how to running the journal of science and technology in new time . The concrete and feasible measures of improving the quality of journals was given .
