宽展挤压变形及挤压力的计算

摘　　要：运用工程法对宽展模挤压过程中挤压力组成部分进行了推导计算 ,确定了在挤压杆上的挤压力计算公式 ,经过工业生产试验验证 ,利用该公式计算的结果与实际值的误差在 1 5 %的范围之内 ,满足工程计算要求。Employing the slab method, the law of material deformation during the spread extrusion has been investigated, as result of it ,the equation for the calculation of the extrusion force has been proposed,that is :with a tolerance of less than fifteen percent The data from the calculation equation shows a good agreement in tendency with the experimental ones Therefore,it has a significant contribution to the requirement of engineering calculaton
