清咽止咳口服液的制备及药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的介绍清咽止咳口服液的制备工艺及其药效学实验。方法以感冒通片、蛇胆川贝液作为对照,观察其抗炎作用及其对气管段酚红排泌量和对家兔气管纤毛运动的影响。结果清咽止咳口服液各剂量均能明显降低大鼠棉球性肉芽肿的重量,增加小鼠气管的酚红排泌量,并对家兔气管的纤毛运动有明显的促进作用。结论清咽止咳口服液抗炎、化痰作用与空白对照组有显著差异,有良好的临床研究价值。Objects To introduce the preparation of Qinyanzhike liquids and study its pharmacology.Methods Compare with ganmaotong tablet and shedanchuangbei liquids, we observed its anti inflammatory effect and the excretion of sputum.Results Every dose of Qinyanzhike liquids can decrease the granuloma by cotton of rats and increase the excretion of phenolsulfonphthalein from tracheal of mice respectively, and can accelerate the movement of cilium of tracheal transparently.Conclution Compared with the vacuity contrast, the anti inflammatory and excretion of sputum of effect of Qingyanzhike is of significant difference and worthy of good clinical investigation.
