摘　　要：目的采用薄层色谱法鉴别通痹灵合剂中的鸡血藤及南蛇藤。方法薄层色谱法。硅胶G薄层板,展开剂为甲苯醋酸乙酯(9∶4),显色剂为紫外光灯下(365nm)检视及10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色。结果可在同一块薄层板上同时鉴别通痹灵合剂中的鸡血藤及南蛇藤,操作简单,可行。Objective With TLC method to identify the Chinese herbs Caulis Spatholobi and Celastrus Orbiculatus Thunb. in Mixtrue of Tong Bi Ling. Method TLC method. The thin layer plate is made with silica gel G.;The spread out agent is Tuluene : Ethyl acetate (9:4) ;To examine the result under UV cabinet and spray by the solution of 10% H 2SO 4/EtOH.Result Our method can work out.
