摘 要:概述了无底柱分段崩落法放矿计算机模拟(SLS)系统的特点及功能,分析了无底柱分段崩落法截止品位放矿、无贫化放矿和低贫化放矿的特点和适用条件。利用SLS系统对3种放矿方式进行多分段放矿模拟研究后认为,截止品位放矿的贫化率最大;无贫化放矿与截止品位放矿相比较,在矿石回收率基本相同的情况下,贫化率可大幅度降低,在8%以下,当不能一步到位地施行无贫化放矿时,可采用低贫化放矿,逐渐提高截止品位,从而过渡到无贫化放矿。The paper introduces briefly features and functions of computer simulation system of ore drawing in pillarless sublevel caving (Sublevel Simulation), and analyses the features and suitable conditions of three ore drawing modes(cut-off grade drawing, dilutionless drawing and low dilutiondrawing) in pillarless sublevel caving. As a result of using SLS system to study the three ore drawing modes, it is considered that the current cut-off grade drawing mode has the highest dilution rate, and the dilutionless drawing can reduce the dilution rate to below 8% at the basically same ore recovery compared with the former method. When dilutionless drawing can' t be executed in one step, low dilution drawing can be used and the cut-off grade can be gradually reached and then transited to dilutionless drawing.
