摘　　要：提出了一种刻矩形槽穿插法研制光纤阵列接口,对设计参数进行了理论分析,并运用此法研制了多种规格光纤阵列接口器件,对其中1×12多模光纤阵列接口器件进行测试,结果表明该方法具有精度高,耦合均匀性好,制作方法简单,重复性好的优点,成功应用于光互连网络模块I/O接口模块。A novel technique for 1-D fiber bundle array by inserting in etched rectangle slot is presented, and the design parameters are studied. Several standards of fiber array interfaces are made by this method. Testing 1×12 multimode fiber array interface, the result shows that the method, which is applied in I/O interface model of optical interconnection, features high precision, simple operation, good coupling uniformity, and easy to repeat.
