摘　　要：涤棉织物仿天丝产品染整生产工艺的前处理采用间歇式冷轧堆工艺 ,根据染色产品的色泽深浅 ,合理选择丝光或不丝光工艺。利用纤维素酶和蛋白酶各自优势进行生物酶处理 ,以去除织物表面的茸毛 ,改善织物手感。在特种整理中 ,选用高目数的金刚砂进行机械磨毛 ,再加入柔软剂进行柔软整理和呢毯预缩处理 。In this paper, dyeing and finishing process of Tencel-like products from polyester-cotton mixture was discussed. Cold-pad batch pretreatment was adopted. With or without mercerizing process were chosen reasonably according to the color depth of products. By using of the advantages of cellulase and protease, biological enzyme treatment was carried out so as to remove lousiness on fabric surface and improve fabric hand. During functional finish, mechanical sanding with high mesh size emery, softening finishes with softener and blanket shrinking were carried out so as to ensure Tencel-like characteristics.
