摘　　要：目的　对舒尔经颗粒中主要成分芍药苷进行含量测定。方法　采用HPLC法,色谱柱为KromasilC18,流动相为乙腈-水(2 0∶80),检测波长为λ =2 30nm。结果　芍药苷在上述色谱条件下,分离效果理想,芍药苷在 0 18～ 0 90 μg之间呈良好的线性关系。结论　该法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该药品的含量测定方法。Objective To determine Paeoniflorin in Shuerjing Keli by HPLC.Methods Colum was Kromasil C 18,with acetonitril-water(20∶80)as mobile phase,and detection wave length was 230 nm,flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1.Results Paenflorin was separated well.It had good linearity in the range of 0.18～0.90μg.Conlusion This method was convenient,accurate and highly reproducible.It can be the determination method of this drug.
