四种植物药参与干预老年人心脑血管危险因素的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察四种植物药物参与干预高血压病、高脂血症、高粘血症对老年人心脑血管终点事件发生率的影响,以及药物的副作用。方法　回顾性分析 1995年至 2 0 0 0年住院的资料完整的老年病人 10 2名,同时患有高血压病、高脂血症和高粘血症,在常规治疗基础上,应用植物药治疗者(治疗组)5 2例,未用者(对照组)5 0例,观察两组 5年间心脑血管终点事件发生率的差别。结果　治疗组发生缺血性心脑血管终点事件比对照组明显减少( P <0 0 5 ),脑出血发生率无明显差别( P >0 0 5 )。观察到的副作用主要有过敏性休克、皮疹、发热、消化道症状等。结论　应用植物药参与干预老年人心脑血管疾病危险因素,缺血性心脑血管终点事件发病率明显减少;而且药物不同,副作用的发生率也不同。Objective To investigate the effect on incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease's terminal events in aged patients ,we used four kinds vegetal drugs taking part in treatment on risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and observed their side effects.Methods 102 aged patients with essential hypertention,hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity simultaneous were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the difference of terminal events' incidence in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and the vegetal drugs' side effects among five years between 52 patients used these drugs and 50 ones unused.Results The incidence of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were decreased obviously (P<0.05),but cerebral bemorrhage had no difference (P>05) in two groups.The observed side effects mainly were hypersensitive stroke,tetter,fever,digestive sysmptoms,and so on.Conlusion The incidence of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was decreased obviously because using vegetal drugs taking part in treatment on risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,the side effects varied with different drugs.
