摘　　要：目的　探讨临床分离阴沟肠杆菌的实用鉴定方法。方法　对VITEK 32微生物分析仪鉴定所得的 6 2株阴沟肠杆菌的生化反应和药敏结果作回顾性分析。结果　 6 2株阴沟肠杆菌用鉴定卡鉴定的可信度在 94 %～99% ,其中 5 1株为 99%、占 82 3% ,4株为 95 %、占 6 5 % ,其他 7株、占 11 2 %。阴沟肠杆菌对除外亚胺培南的 2 0种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药。结论　脲酶、侧金盏花醇、精氨酸水解和赖氨酸脱羧等试验对肠杆菌属中 5个常见菌种 (阴沟、坂崎、产气、聚团和格高菲肠杆菌 )Objective To discuss the applied method of identify for Enterobacae cloacae.Method To analyze retrospectively the biochemical traits and results of susceptive antibiotic testing of 62 strains of Enterobacter cloacae with VITEK-32 AUTOMICROBIC SYSTEM.Result The range of identified rate of 62 strain of Enterobacter cloacae are between 94% and 99%,its include that the identified rate of 99% has 51 strains(82.3%),95% has 4 strains(6.5%),and the others have 7 strains(11.2%).20 classified antibiotics except for Imipenem are drug-resisant variously to Enterobacter cloacae.Conclusion There are important significance that 5 familiar species of Enterobacter(E.cloacae,E.aerogenes,E.agglomerans,E.geroviae)are differentiated by the biochemical tests,its includes urea,adonitol,arginine dihydrolase and lysine decarboxylase.
