摘　　要：目的 :建立HPLC法同时测定舒巴坦钠和头孢他啶含量 ,研究注射用舒巴坦钠与头孢他啶配伍的稳定性。方法 :采用HPLC法测定配伍后 0～ 6h内舒巴坦钠和头孢他啶的含量 ,同时观察不同温度下配伍液的外观、pH值。结果 :配伍液中舒巴坦钠和头孢他啶的含量 6h内均无明显变化 ,配伍液外观澄明 ,pH值基本稳定。结论 :注射用舒巴坦钠与头孢他啶配伍后 6h内稳定 ,可配伍使用。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determinating the concentration of sulbactam sodium and ceftazidime at the same time. So as to study the compatible stability of sulbactam sodium for injection mixing with ceftazidime for injection. Methods: The content of sulbactam sodium and ceftazidime was determinated after they were mixed for 0～6 h. The appearance and pH of the mixed solution were observed at different temperatures. Results: The content of sulbactam sodium and ceftazidime didn't change obviously within 6h.The mixed solution was kept clear and its pH was stable. Conclusion: The mixed solution of sulbactam sodium for injection and ceftazidime for injection was kept stable for 6h.Thus sulbactam sodium could be mixed with ceftazidime for use.
