摘 要:用X线电影和激光位移探测仪记录观察家兔,在刺激大脑皮质咀嚼区不同部位,诱发下颌、舌、舌骨运动。结果发现:1.刺激兔大脑皮质咀嚼区,下颌运动可分为泪滴状、椭圆状、垂直状、新月状4种类型。2.刺激下产生的舌和舌骨的节律性运动和下颌骨节律性运动一致。3.舌运动的类型不同于下颌4型运动。结论:1.诱发皮质性类咀嚼运动时下颌、舌、舌骨运动节律均与自然咀嚼相似,该实验可作研究咀嚼运动的运物模型。2.大脑皮质咀嚼代表区,无独立的下颌、舌、舌骨代表区存在。Rhythmical movements of mandible,tongue and hyoid induced by stimulation of cortical masticatory area(CMA)were sagittally recorded by a set of cinefluoro—radiograph in the rabbit,and frontal mandibular move-ments were also monitored simultaneously by a laser position detector.The results are as follow:1).The evokedmandibular movements from frontal view were classified into 4 types according to their pattern and stimulatingsite,i.e.,small circular(type A),large circular(type B),long vertical(type C)and cresent—shaped(type D)movements.Among these,type B and D resembled to the mandibular movements of the food transport cycle andthose of the chewing cycle in a natural masticatory process,respectively.2).The rhythm of tongue and hyoidmovements was always identical to that of mandibular movement regardless of its types,and each type of mandibu-lar movement was associated with a particular pattern of tongue and hyoid movements.3).In type B,the tonguemovements were characterized with a large antero—posterior excursion,while in type D,these were predominatedwith dorso—ventral excursion.And the hyoid movements were greater antero—posteriorly for type B than for typeD.Based on these results,two conclusions are obtained:1).Cortically induced rhythmical movements of mandible,tongue and hyoid are fundamentally similar to those occurred in natural mastication,thus,such fictive masticationmay be regarded as a model of natural mastication.2).The movements of mandible,tongue and hyoid may have aidentical presented area in CMA,and are controlled by the same central pattern generator(CPG)in lower brainstem.
