应用化学发光法初步检测复方苔藓片及口炎冲剂的抗自由基作用

摘　　要：本文以黄嘌呤氧化酶——黄嘌呤系统作为超氧自由基的发生源,以鲁米诺作为发光源,采用化学发光法证实对口腔扁平苔藓有一定疗效的复方苔藓片和对口腔急性炎症有良好疗效的口炎冲剂均有程度不等的抗自由基作用,并且口炎冲剂的抗自由基作用与其浓度关系密切。This paper has been proved in vitro with chemiluminescence method that Lichen Planus Tablet compound,which has a good efficiency on the treatment of patients with oral lichen planus,and Granules for Stomatitises,which has an effective rate as high as 95·06% on oral acute inflammations,have been more or less powerful a-gainst free radicals.It has also been showed in the same time that the power against free radicals of Granules forStomatitises is close to the dosage.Xanthine oxidase and xanthine system were employed as the source of O(?)andLuminol as the phosgenic source in this research.
