摘　　要：随着计算机和各种先进技术和方法的飞速发展,传统的建设工程施工管理也受到前所未有的挑战。数字化施工正是在这一背景之下提出的,它包括工程全部施工资料的数字化、网络化、智能化和可视化的过程在内,其核心思想是用数字化手段整体性地解决工程施工问题,并最大限度地利用信息资源。文章从这个概念出发,重点分析了数字化施工的内涵,以及可能实现的手段。数字化施工是工程施工领域的必然趋势,积极探讨必将带来数字化施工的繁荣。Traditional project construction management is facing great challenge today as computer technology and other advanced methods develop rapidly. It promotes the emergency of digital construction, which includes digital, website, intelligent and visual course of construction process. The main idea of digital construction is to solve problem of construction by digital method and to make full use of information. This paper discusses the concept firstly, and then analyses its connotation and possible realization method. Digital project construction management is irreversible trend. This paper just offers a few commonplace remarks so that others may come up with valuable opinions.
