摘 要:建立了季节性需求、变化生产率最优生产存储库存策略.其特点是:把一个生产周期分为多个生产阶段,各个生产阶段时间可以不同,在每个生产阶段中,允许生产率小于需求率;允许提前生产;而且,最大生产率要小于最大需求率.在每个生产阶段结束时刻,库存为零.研究发现,在不允许缺货的条件下,为满足季节性需求,单纯追求提前存储或增加机器数量,均不一定能够取得最佳效益,要根据存储费用和启动费用以及生产周期共同确定.在有限生产率的条件下,得出一种寻求最优生产—库存策略,为此类库存系统的管理决策提供了理论依据.An optimal production-inventory policy is established in light of assumption of seasonal demand and varying productivity. Properties of the policy are that a production period is partitioned into multistages in which time duration was different, and productivity could be less than the demand rate (maximum productivity is lower than the maximum demand rate), and the inventory became zero when each production phase was over. For satisfying the seasonal demand, in the condition of disallowing to lack goods, research discovered that optimal profits could not be obtained if only storage was pursue in advance or the number of machines increased. Thus the optimal policy under the impact demand should be determined according to inventory cost, start cost and the period of production. Given the restricted productivity, it needs to search a production-inventory optimal policy, which offers the theoretic base for the decision-making of inventory management.
