摘 要:目的 探讨X线修复交叉互补基因 2 (XRCC2 )、X线修复交叉互补基因 3 (XRCC3 )的基因多态性与慢性苯中毒发病风险的关系。方法 采用病例对照设计 ,以 15 2名苯中毒工人为病例组 ,15 2名接触苯而没有中毒表现的工人为对照组。应用聚合酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性分析技术 (PCR RFLP)检测XRCC2c .188和XRCC3c .2 41位点的多态性。结果 未检测到XRCC2c .188的突变基因型 ,XRCC3c .2 41基因各基因型在病例组和对照组间的分布差异无显著性。结论 XRCC2c .188和XRCC3c .2 41位点的多态性与慢性苯中毒的发病风险没有关系 。Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphisms in XRCC2, XRCC3 genes and individual susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning (BP). Methods A case control study was conducted. 152 BP patients and 152 workers occupationally exposed to benzene without poisoning manifestations were investigated. Polymerase chain reaction restrained fragment length polymorphism technique (PCR RFLP) was applied to detect the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on c.188 of XRCC2 gene and c.241of XRCC3 gene. Results No variant genotype was observed in XRCC2c. 188 gene, and there was no significant difference for the distribution of genotypes of XRCC3c. 241 in the case and the control groups. Conclusion There was no association between the genetic polymorphisms in XRCC2c.188, XRCC3c. 241 and the risk of BP, and further study needed to ascertain the relation of other genetic polymorphisms in XRCC2 and XRCC3 with the risks of chronic benzene poisoning.
